You get two options in Tempurpedic ProAdapt hybrid, medium and firm, I have used the medium one as I like to sleep on my sides as well, and I think you should buy this mattress because:

- the quality is excellent, I’ve been using this for the last 8 years, and I think it can go for another 5-6 years easily.
- the cooling is good, being a hot sleeper, I like it
