Sleeper Type
First, understand the firmness, the mattress is medium firm and as per the brand the mattress is suitable for all sleep types.
If I talk about myself, I’m a back and side sleeper, when I sleep on this mattress, I find it very comfortable sleeping on my back and at the same time sleeping on my side doesn’t cause any pressure, whereas my wife is a stomach sleeper, and we both do not face issues regarding this.
I can say the mattress is suitable for all sleeper types.
Edge Support
If you are looking for a king mattress under $500, you have to compromise on a few things, you can’t get everything at this price.
On the list of best king mattress under $500, this mattress has the best edge support, I would say better than many above $500 as well. If you are a heavy-weight person or a couple this mattress won’t disappoint you.

The first thing is the sleeper type, when I slept my night on this mattress, I can say without any doubt that the mattress is suitable for those who are back or stomach sleepers, I would rate the firmness 7 out of 10 on the firmness scale.
If you are a side sleeper or a combination sleeper you won’t like this mattress as it is a bit firm. A back sleeper would really enjoy this mattress whereas it will be a good option for stomach sleepers as well.
Edge Support
I would consider the edge support to be average, if you want good edge support in a mattress, you should buy a firmer hybrid mattress, but given this is a memory foam mattress, it is still good comparatively.
Motion Isolation
I consider this factor important as I sleep with my wife and I do not want anyone to disturb me while I sleep.
I spent almost a week on this mattress, the motion isolation is pretty good and solid. You won’t usually get good edge support and motion isolation for a memory foam mattress under this price.

Who Should Not Buy the Siena Memory Foam Mattress
If you are a:
- Side Sleeper
- Extreme Hot Sleeper
- Heavyweight (250+ lbs)
If you are a side sleeper or a combination sleeper like me, you can avoid this mattress and look for other options. The side sleeper should choose a softer mattress, the best would be to go for a hybrid mattress.
Apart from this, the cooling is not that great, it has memory foam without any cooling gel which won’t be good if you are an extremely hot sleeper.
The support of the mattress is good but not best, you may struggle a bit if you are a heavyweight person over 250+ lbs.
User Experience and Reviews
According to some of the users of this mattress:

- The quality is good and its durable

A good king-size mattress under $500 is really hard to find, but Linenspa memory foam hybrid mattress should surely be on your list for some reasons:
Sleeper Type
This mattress is best for back sleepers and side sleepers but may not be that great for stomach sleepers as your lower back may elevate high and not align with the shoulders.
I would rate the firmness of the mattress to be 6.5 out of 10 which is medium firm and should have been a good mattress for all sleeper types but it’s because of the type of springs making it a good choice for back and side sleepers.
Edge Support
If you are a heavyweight person you may not like the edge support of this mattress, however, a lightweight person may not feel the discomfort, I would consider the edge support to be average.
Motion Isolation
Motion isolation is average given the price, again, you can’t expect all the things and features in one mattress which is this cheap.

Finding the best king mattress under $500 is indeed a tough task, the three mattresses I have mentioned are the best in their category and are under $500.
You can choose according to your sleep type and personal preference, if you ask me, I would go for the Novilla Vitality hybrid mattress, just because it can accommodate all sleep types easily, apart from this all other mattresses are good as well.
